There are lots of fun things to do in Los Angeles with your kids this weekend. Attend one of
the festivals happening around town and have a fun science-filled day.
20th Anniversary Open House African American Firefighter Museum
Families are invited to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the African American Firefighter
Museum on Saturday, November 4th from 5: 30 pm to 10: 00 pm. The special event includes a silent auction, live music, exhibits and tours of the facility.
Family Day Pasadena Museum of California Art
Family Day is happening at the Pasadena Museum of California Art on Saturday, November 4th from 12: 00 am to 5: 00 pm. Families can participate in art projects and enjoy special gallery tours
designed for the whole family. Activities include printmaking, poster design, wood-working and more. ($7 for adults, children 12 and younger are free.)
Festival of Flight Long Beach Airport
The Long Beach Airport is the site for the Festival of Flight happening on Saturday, November 4th from 10: 00 am to 4: 00 pm. This free celebration features aircraft and vehicle displays, food trucks, live entertainment, and more.
Dia de los Muertos Festival Bowers Museum
The Bowers Museum is hosting the Dia de los Muertos Festival on Sunday, November 5th from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm. A variety of special activities are planned including living musical performances, face painting, decorating sugar skulls, dance performances and more.
Autumn Festival Aquarium of the Pacific
The Autumn Festival is happening this weekend on Saturday, November 4th and Sunday,
November 5th (from 9:00 am to 5: 00 pm each day ). This annual event is a celebration of the arts, cuisines, cultures and marine environments of Asia.
