正文一般由以下三部分组成：
(1)简要介绍所报告的对象的基本情况及写作目的。
(2)对所给信息的陈述要使用不同的表达方法，反映在文章中也就是要使用不同的词、短语、句型等。
(3)最后总结并提出改进的建议或自己的观点。
