This 6-day adventurous trip will introduce you to the rich living traditions of Brazil.During your days you will get into many fields of Brazilian life.
Day 1:Fly to Salvador,a city of eastern Brazil.You will be met at the Salvador airport by the trip leader.At the airport,you'll meet other travelers and the Salvador guide.
Day 2:You will be showed around Salvador in both the upper and lower areas of the city.You will learn a lot about the history of this city,which will help you understand the city better.In the evening,you will set off for Rio de Janeiro,a city of southeastern Brazil.
Day 3:You will take a cool jeep ride through the Tijuca Forest of Rio de Janeiro,one of the world's largest urban (市内的) forests.Then you'll visit a large favela (贫民区) there.A tourism workshop program has been created to train the favela children to become tour guides.They will take you to the favela.After the visit,some of the kids from the workshop will be invited to join you for some volleyball matches on the beach.
Day 4:You will go to the south in the morning to visit an art museum called Casa do Portal.From there you will go to a pretty and clean beach,which is popular with local surfers (冲浪运动员).
Day 5:After nearly a few days' exploring,you will have a free day.You can walk on the beach,shop,write postcards or practice some Portuguese with the locals.
Day 6:After breakfast,you will go on horseback to a farmhouse in the countryside.Anyone who's not interested in riding may go by car.There you will be treated to some delicious home cooked food.
