You can use Google Docs in a web browser as well. In case you need to edit presentations or spreadsheets, Google also offers Sheets and Slides for iOS and Android.
Apple iWork Productivity Apps

Apple’s iWork productivity suite consists of a Pages app for editing text, Numbers for working with spreadsheets, and Keynote for creating presentations.
