We often hear“Tile grass’s always greener where you water it”．Is there really such a thing as being lucky?Growing up，I always felt as if．1 was in someone else’s shadow--not only struggling to live up to the achievements of my older siblings，but discouraged by the accomplishments of my friends．My friends were more confident than me，happier，and。worst of all，luckier than me．I cursed(诅咒)my bad luck，envied the successes of my friends．It wasn’t until we left school and job offers began to fall onto my“lucky”friends that T questioned my attitude to life．At the time，l believed that opportunities would present themselves to me。．and all I had to do was wait for them. I determined to make。a change．And to my surprise and delight，it’s so easy to change my view to change my so-celled luck．Luck is an illusion(假象)．While we can’t control everything that happens，by breaking the habit
