Nowadays， it is convenient for people to get meals ordered and delivered online and many young people haveadaptedto such a lifestyle. They pick up their favourite food from sorts of restaurants and bakeries on food delivery platforms. Two years ago， I belonged to them， ordering three meals a day on them， and consequently， I ended up suffering from poor digestion for having too much salty and spicy food. After that， I wasrecommendedto have a healthy diet， so I downloaded some recipes， and learned to cook from super chefs.
